As a client of True Compassion Coordination INC all your case information will be held confidential and anonymous. Care Coordinators and Directors may discuss case information between each other. All staff are required to sign confidentiality disclosures stating that no information is to be shared with anyone who is not employed by True Compassion Coordination INC. Any information that you disclose to us while receiving services will not be released unless you express a clear unquestionable intent to harm a named individual or yourself. In which case precautions will be taken. Informing police care coordinators parents etc, This is to ensure everyone’s safety.
